Tom Shopland
Project Officer – Water and Land StewardshipTom is from the South East, but has spent time in Somerset, where he was working with flood affected communities as a Natural Flood Management advisor for the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG SW), working with farmers and landowners to deliver 'slow the flow' projects.
He is trained as a facilitator and this has been a central thread to a varied career. He worked as an outdoor instructor for many years and has a soft spot for outdoor education, expeditions and nature connection.

In his spare time, Tom is a keen camper and enjoys exploring the outdoors on his mountain bike.
