Volunteers, engagement & education
We work in partnership with local communities, schools and groups to empower everyone to take action for rivers.
We inspire lifelong stewardship for rivers by getting people of all ages to experience, enjoy and understand rivers.

-
Education sessions
Our education sessions inspire the next generation of environmental stewards. From assemblies to river walks and hands-on river dipping, we offer engaging free and paid sessions that bring learning to life.
-
Volunteer days
Volunteers make river restoration possible across our twelve catchments. They gain hands-on skills, connect with nature, and become part of a community.
-
Community events
We put communities at the heart of every project. Through engaging events—from village hall talks to family fun days—we connect local people and create lasting impact.
