Emma has worked for the Trust since October 2019. Her role as Volunteer and Engagement Officer focuses on delivering events such as cleanups and removal of invasive plant species across a wide area.

She most enjoys the collaborative element of the role, working with partners to share knowledge, deliver projects and identify areas where we can work together to improve the water environment.

Before joining SERT, Emma worked in volunteer management, developing volunteering programmes and leading volunteer conservation groups.
