Denise has had a varied career as a veterinary nurse, a dog trainer/behaviourist and a lecturer. She has always been passionate about ecology and conservation and has worked within the charity sector for some years including in wildlife rehabilitation.

When not working, she enjoys walking with her dog and the rescue and rehab of wildlife such as foxes and hedgehogs. She also enjoys reading and dog agility.
